What gets a fast answer
Corrections and specification disputes. These go to the front of the queue. Include the page URL, the exact claim, what you think the correct figure is, and ideally a source: a manufacturer specification page, a standard reference, or your own measurement with the method described. Methodology questions. If you want to know where a derating factor, a conversion or a comparison weighting came from, ask. Every one of them has a stated basis, and if the basis turns out to be unclear on the page, that is a page defect worth fixing.
Coverage suggestions. Tell us what you looked for and could not find. Gaps that real readers hit are the most useful input this site gets.
What we do not do
Product recommendations for your specific situation. The calculators and decision frameworks on this site exist precisely so that the reasoning is yours to run. We cannot responsibly recommend a specific box for a specific truck or shop sight unseen, and a recommendation that skips the measuring step is worth nothing.

Reporting a broken calculator
If a calculator gives a result that looks wrong, tell us the inputs you used and what you expected. Every calculator on this site prints its formula, so a disagreement is usually resolvable in one message, and if the formula is wrong we want to fix it before someone loads a drawer on the strength of it.
